مرحبًا بك في ONS PARFUMS. تشير كلمات «نحن» و«لنا» إلى ONS PARFUMS. ندير هذا المتجر الإلكتروني لعرض وبيع منتجاتنا للعملاء داخل مصر، ويعمل المتجر باستخدام منصة Shopify.

توضح هذه الشروط، مع السياسات المرتبطة بها، قواعد استخدام الموقع والشراء منه. باستخدامك الموقع أو تقديم طلب، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط وسياسة الخصوصية. لا تحد هذه الشروط من حقوقك المقررة بموجب قانون حماية المستهلك المصري.

القسم 1 – استخدام الموقع والحساب

يجب أن تكون لك الأهلية القانونية لإتمام عملية الشراء، أو أن تتم بموافقة ولي الأمر أو الوصي القانوني. عند تقديم طلب، تتعهد بتقديم بيانات اتصال وتوصيل ودفع صحيحة وكاملة. إذا أنشأت حسابًا، فأنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية بيانات الدخول وإبلاغنا إذا اعتقدت أن حسابك استُخدم دون إذنك.

القسم 2 – المنتجات

نسعى لعرض وصف وصور دقيقة لمنتجاتنا. قد يختلف مظهر المنتج قليلًا بسبب إعدادات الشاشة أو تحديثات العبوة، كما قد يختلف الإحساس بالعطر من شخص لآخر. لا يؤثر ذلك على حقوقك إذا كان المنتج معيبًا أو تالفًا أو غير مطابق للوصف.

القسم 3 – الطلبات

تخضع الطلبات لتوافر المنتجات وصحة بيانات التوصيل. قد نتواصل معك لتأكيد تفاصيل طلبك. إذا تعذر علينا تنفيذ الطلب، سنبلغك ونعيد أي مبلغ دُفع مقابل المنتجات غير المتاحة.

راجع بيانات طلبك قبل إرساله. إذا أردت تعديله أو إلغاءه، تواصل معنا في أقرب وقت على hello.onsparfums@gmail.com. بعد تجهيز الطلب أو شحنه، قد يتعذر تعديله. تخضع المرتجعات والمبالغ المستردة إلى سياسة الاسترجاع والاسترداد والقانون المصري.

القسم 4 – الأسعار والدفع

تُعرض الأسعار بالجنيه المصري. تُوضح رسوم التوصيل وأي مبالغ واجبة السداد قبل إتمام الطلب. قد نغيّر الأسعار أو العروض مستقبلًا، لكن تغيير السعر بعد قبول طلبك لا يغيّر السعر المتفق عليه لذلك الطلب. يجب استخدام وسيلة دفع مخوّل لك استخدامها وتقديم بيانات دفع صحيحة.

القسم 5 – الشحن والتوصيل

نوصّل الطلبات داخل مصر فقط. تظهر مناطق التوصيل المتاحة وتكلفته والمدة التقديرية قبل إتمام الطلب. مواعيد التوصيل تقديرية، وسنتواصل معك إذا حدث تأخير أو تعذر التوصيل. إذا لم يصل طلبك أو وصل تالفًا، تواصل معنا. تظل حقوقك القانونية المتعلقة بالتوصيل محفوظة.

القسم 6 – الملكية الفكرية

اسم ONS PARFUMS ومحتوى الموقع وصوره ونصوصه وتصميماته مملوكة لنا أو لأصحاب الحقوق المعنيين، وتتمتع بالحماية وفقًا للقانون. يجوز لك استخدام الموقع للتسوق الشخصي، ولا يجوز نسخ محتواه أو استخدامه تجاريًا دون إذن.

القسم 7 – الأدوات الاختيارية

قد يتضمن الموقع أدوات أو خصائص مقدمة من جهات خارجية. قد تنطبق على استخدامها شروط وسياسات خصوصية خاصة بمقدميها. نظل مسؤولين عن التزاماتنا تجاهك بصفتنا بائع المنتجات التي تشتريها من ONS PARFUMS.

القسم 8 – روابط الجهات الخارجية

قد يحتوي الموقع على روابط لمواقع خارجية لا نتحكم في محتواها أو سياساتها. ننصحك بمراجعة شروطها قبل استخدامها. لا يحد هذا القسم من أي مسؤولية يفرضها علينا القانون.

القسم 9 – علاقتنا بمنصة Shopify

يعمل متجر ONS PARFUMS باستخدام منصة Shopify. تتم عمليات شراء المنتجات المعروضة في متجرنا مباشرةً مع ONS PARFUMS. لأي استفسار بشأن الطلبات أو المنتجات أو التوصيل أو الاسترجاع، يُرجى التواصل معنا.

القسم 10 – سياسة الخصوصية

نتعامل مع بياناتك الشخصية وفقًا لـسياسة الخصوصية. وتعالج Shopify بعض البيانات اللازمة لتشغيل المنصة التي يستضيف عليها متجرنا. يُرجى قراءة سياسة الخصوصية لمعرفة كيفية جمع البيانات واستخدامها ومشاركتها.

القسم 11 – الآراء والتقييمات

إذا أرسلت لنا رأيًا أو نشرت تقييمًا، فيجب أن يعكس تجربتك الحقيقية وألا ينتهك حقوق الآخرين أو يتضمن محتوى غير قانوني أو مضلل. يجوز لنا عرض رأيك واستخدامه فيما يتعلق بمتجرنا ومنتجاتنا. وقد نزيل المحتوى المخالف لهذه الشروط أو للقانون. نتعامل مع أي بيانات شخصية في الآراء وفقًا لسياسة الخصوصية.

القسم 12 – الأخطاء وتحديث المعلومات

نسعى للحفاظ على دقة المعلومات المعروضة. إذا اكتشفنا خطأً في وصف منتج أو سعره أو توافره أو بيانات توصيله، يجوز لنا تصحيحه. إذا أثر الخطأ على طلب قدمته بالفعل، سنتواصل معك ونوضح الخيارات المتاحة وفقًا للقانون.

القسم 13 – الاستخدامات المحظورة

لا يجوز استخدام الموقع لأغراض غير قانونية، أو تعطيل تشغيله أو تجاوز وسائل حمايته، أو انتحال شخصية أخرى، أو تقديم معلومات مضللة، أو إرسال برمجيات ضارة، أو جمع بيانات الآخرين دون إذن، أو انتهاك حقوقنا أو حقوق الغير. قد نقيّد الوصول إلى الموقع عند الضرورة المعقولة لحماية المتجر وعملائه.

القسم 14 – الوصول الآلي للموقع

يجب أن تلتزم الأدوات الآلية التي تصل إلى الموقع بالقانون، وألا تعطل تشغيله أو تتجاوز إجراءات الحماية أو تقدم طلبات احتيالية. يجوز لنا تقييد الوصول الآلي عند الضرورة المعقولة لحماية المتجر وعملائه.

القسم 15 – إنهاء الاستخدام

يجوز لك التوقف عن استخدام الموقع في أي وقت. ويجوز لنا تعليق الوصول إلى حساب يُستخدم بالمخالفة لهذه الشروط أو لأغراض احتيالية أو غير قانونية. لا يؤثر ذلك على حقوقك المتعلقة بطلب سبق قبوله أو على الحقوق التي يكفلها القانون.

القسم 16 – معلومات الموقع

نبذل جهدًا معقولًا لإتاحة الموقع والحفاظ على دقة معلوماته، إلا أنه قد تحدث انقطاعات أو أخطاء. لا يستبعد هذا القسم أي ضمان أو حق أو وسيلة تعويض لا يجوز استبعادها قانونًا.

القسم 17 – حدود المسؤولية

في الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون، لا نتحمل الخسائر غير المتوقعة بصورة معقولة أو الناتجة عن استخدام غير سليم للموقع. لا يحد هذا القسم من المسؤولية التي لا يجوز تقييدها قانونًا، بما في ذلك حقوقك بشأن المنتجات المعيبة أو التالفة أو غير المطابقة للطلب.

القسم 18 – مسؤولياتك

أنت مسؤول عن صحة المعلومات والمحتوى الذي تقدمه عبر الموقع، وتوافق على عدم استخدامه بما يخالف القانون أو حقوق الآخرين. لا يلزمك هذا القسم بالتنازل عن أي حق من حقوق حماية المستهلك.

القسم 19 – قابلية فصل الأحكام

إذا تبين أن أحد أحكام هذه الشروط غير صالح أو غير قابل للتنفيذ، تستمر بقية الأحكام في السريان بالقدر الذي يسمح به القانون.

القسم 20 – الاتفاق الكامل

تمثل هذه الشروط والسياسات المرتبطة بها قواعد استخدام الموقع والشراء منه. إذا تعارض أي حكم فيها مع حق إلزامي يمنحه القانون المصري للمستهلك، يُطبق الحكم القانوني الإلزامي.

القسم 21 – نقل الحقوق والالتزامات

لا يجوز نقل حسابك إلى شخص آخر دون موافقتنا. ويجوز نقل تشغيل المتجر إلى نشاط يخلفنا، مع الالتزام بالقانون وبالحقوق القائمة للعملاء.

القسم 22 – القانون الواجب التطبيق

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية. وتنظر الجهات أو المحاكم المصرية المختصة في أي نزاع، دون الإخلال بحقوقك المقررة بموجب قوانين حماية المستهلك.

القسم 23 – العناوين

وُضعت عناوين الأقسام لتسهيل القراءة فقط ولا تغيّر معنى الأحكام.

القسم 24 – تعديل الشروط

يجوز لنا تحديث هذه الشروط بنشر نسخة معدّلة على هذه الصفحة. تسري التغييرات من تاريخ نفاذها، ولا تنتقص من حقوق اكتسبتها بشأن طلب قائم. سنخطرك بالتغييرات الجوهرية عندما يتطلب القانون ذلك.

OVERVIEW

Welcome to ONS PARFUMS. “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to ONS PARFUMS. We operate this online store to offer our products to customers in Egypt. Our store is powered by Shopify.

These Terms of Service, together with the linked policies, explain the conditions for using our website and placing an order. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Your rights under Egyptian consumer protection law remain unaffected.

This does not affect your rights if a product is defective, damaged, or different from its description.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

Orders are subject to product availability and accurate delivery information. We may contact you to confirm order details. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will notify you and refund any amount paid for unavailable items.

Please review your order before submitting it. If you need to change or cancel it, contact us as soon as possible at hello.onsparfums@gmail.com. A change may no longer be possible once an order has been prepared or shipped. Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy and Egyptian law.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices are shown in Egyptian pounds. Delivery charges and the total amount payable are displayed before you complete your order. We may change prices or promotions in the future, but a later price change will not change the agreed price of an order we have accepted. You agree to use a payment method you are authorised to use and to provide accurate payment information.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We deliver within Egypt only. Available delivery areas, charges, and estimated delivery times are shown before you complete your order. Delivery times are estimates. If delivery is delayed or becomes unavailable, we will contact you. Please contact us if your order does not arrive or arrives damaged. Your legal rights relating to delivery remain unaffected.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The ONS PARFUMS name and the website’s content, images, text, and designs belong to us or their respective owners and are protected to the extent permitted by law. You may use the website for personal shopping. You may not copy or use its content for commercial purposes without permission.
